Ive been watching for years, and even when MB said he was leaving for good they didnt kill off Sonny… Also, Sonny never has compeition for long (see Faith Roscoe, Damian Smith, Joe Scully, Lily’ father Rivera, there are probably more) I just hope they come up with something else.
Those abuse flashback scenes were done pretty cheesily, i thought. the kid in them looked bored, not scared, and he didn’t look a thing like Sonny. Also, wasn’t Sonny’s stepfather supposed to be black? Because i thought we learned that Taggart was his stepfather’s son or something.
i just hope that it’s a chance for his character to grow rather than fade away like Alcazar did. Though it would have been nice if he’d pursued something else. like music.
i love Sonny and have grown to like Johnny more, but i think people’s beef with Sonny is that he’s an arrogant asshole, lol. I love Sonny but he can a misogynistic prick sometimes, not to mention self-centered.
I don’t know if they’d kill him off (Johnny). The Corthinthos organization could use some good competition. Besides, Steve Burton has never said that he’d be on forever. In fact he has left in the past. So has Maurice. it’s not up to the writer’s, it’s up to the actors and their contracts. So truthfully they could kill any of them off or put Sonny in prison, or fore him to flee the country. We’ll have to wait and see.
Johnny’s got his too. I think they’re a combo of light and dark. The difference is that Anthony never let Johnny do anything else, while Sonny chose the mob and had to work his way up. I hate what they do but love to watch them.
There’s talk of bringing back Brenda. having kids together aside, Sonny’s never even looked at another woman the way he looked at Brenda. Carly accepted his business but Brenda was his drug and he so hotly put it once.
I love sonny, honestly Johnnys character can be killed off : ) and Olivia can finally be with Sonny where she should be.. or better yet Sonny and Carly will get back together
@hardrein101…LOL…most of the men in that opening have gone. Ric’s gone, Alan’s gone, Lo’s gone and I still miss Justus. I wish they’d left him in the monastery and brought him back NOW when there are rumours that they’re bring back the Ward family.
I love how ppl hate Sonny but love Johnny, like really?? Whats the difference? Their both killers.. I love Sonny, Ive been a GH fan since I was a kid… Theres a reason why he is the way he is.. Everyone has skeletons in their closet, hes real about his..
I’m not a fan of soaps but my girlfriend has been watching this for years and I watch it with her every once in a while and I have to admit this show is good and I can follow it to a certain degree since she talks me to death about the characters. lol I feel like I’ve been watching this for years.
LOVE when Helena says “perish the thought”, it was hilarious! LIZ UR RIGHT, YOU ARE A BAD PERSON! YOU ARE A MOBSTER, ADMIT IT SONNY! LOVE JOHN SAYING SONNY IS A LITTLE BITCH! IT’S NOT UNCALLED FOR JASON, LIZ IS A HYPOCRITICAL BITCH! HE HAS A RIGHT TO BE CRUEL LIZABITCH.
This whole Johnny storyline is going to suck. They wont kill off Sonny AND Jason so that will mean eventually Johnny will have to die…. and I love his character.
